Refund policy

Return Policy – Youngs Industrial

Effective Date: 01 April 2026

At Youngs Industrial, we aim to supply quality products and reliable service. If something is not right, we will work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The item is faulty or defective
  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The item was damaged during delivery

Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless agreed to in writing.

If approved:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • A handling/restocking fee may apply
  • Courier costs are the responsibility of the customer

3. Faulty or Defective Items

If your item is faulty:

  • Notify us within 7 days
  • We may require photos or videos for assessment
  • The item may need to be returned for inspection

If confirmed faulty, we will:

  • Repair the item, or
  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund (if repair/replacement is not possible)

4. Incorrect Items Supplied

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will arrange collection and send the correct item at no cost to you

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty)
  • Consumables (e.g. electrodes, wire, grinding discs) once opened or used
  • Custom or special-order items

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue
  3. Attach photos if applicable

We will guide you through the next steps.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the item has been inspected and approved
  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days depending on your payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

8. Warranty

Certain products carry a manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty claims may be handled directly with the supplier or through us, depending on the product.
