  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities: 1–3 working days
  • Outlying areas: 2–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly shown before payment

4. Courier Services

We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel

5. Delivery Issues

Youngs Industrial is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, load shedding disruptions)

If you experience any issues, contact us and we will assist in resolving them.


6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the package and contents

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
