Dependable diesel welding power for remote, high-demand work. The Miller Big Blue® 500X CC combines a heavy-duty engine-driven DC welding source with job-site generator power for pipeline, construction, mining, structural repair and maintenance applications.

Built for long shifts away from the grid

The constant-current power source is tuned for stick welding, DC TIG and air carbon-arc cutting and gouging. Arc-Drive™ focuses the stick arc to help prevent the electrode from going out, while Hot Start™ supports positive starts and cleaner tie-ins.

Fleet-ready durability

The enclosed case protects internal components from impact, controls airflow for cooling and helps reduce sound. Automatic high-coolant-temperature, low-oil-pressure and low-fuel shutdown functions protect the engine, while single-side service access simplifies routine maintenance.
