One diesel work platform for two welding arcs, site power and compressed air. The Miller Big Blue® 800X Duo Air Pak™ is built for labour-intensive construction, mining, pipe, rail and maintenance work where space, transport and uptime are critical.

Two operators, one machine

Run two independent welding arcs at up to 400 A each, or combine the outputs for up to 800 A for one operator. The integrated industrial screw-type air compressor removes the need to tow a separate compressor, while substantial auxiliary power supports tools and additional job-site equipment.

All-in-one field productivity

ArcReach-compatible controls allow welding parameters to be adjusted closer to the work without a separate control cord. Low-OCV stick operation improves job-site safety when the power source is idle, and the low-speed industrial diesel engine is designed for long service in remote, high-demand environments.
